Shipping & Delivery
How does DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping work?
DDP means we handle everything from our warehouse to your door. The price you see is the final price — all import duties, taxes, VAT, customs brokerage fees, and international shipping costs are already included. You do not pay anything extra at delivery. Read our detailed DDP shipping guide.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, France, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, India, Brazil, Colombia, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, and many more. The only exceptions are OFAC-sanctioned countries (Russia, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Belarus, and Crimea).
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. International delivery via DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx typically takes 5-15 business days depending on your location. Domestic US orders usually arrive in 3-7 business days. All shipments include full tracking and insurance.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Every order ships with a tracking number via DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Are your products genuine and new?
Yes. Unless explicitly listed otherwise, all products are genuine, manufacturer-sealed, and brand new with full manufacturer warranty. We source directly from authorized distributors and verified B2B channels in the United States.
Do you offer warranties?

Returns & Support
